The workshop provided an introduction to data processing and management, focusing on the nature and types of quantitative data and techniques for quantitative data analysis. Participants were introduced to Stata, a statistical software package, and learned its application in managing and analyzing quantitative data. The session covered creating maps in Stata and advanced statistical analysis techniques. Emphasis was placed on interpreting findings and effectively presenting the output. Designed for students, researchers, and professionals involved in activities such as data collection, management, analysis, and the use of data for health planning, policy formulation, and research, the workshop aimed to enhance participants’ skills in quantitative data utilization.
