The Rohit Relan Group is one of the pioneers and leading group in the Indian automotive industry. In the 1980’s the automotive industry went through a complete turnaround and new set of entrepreneurs emerged. At this time under the leadership of Mr. Rohit Relan group started its operations with setting up ‘Bharat Seats Limited’ as joint venture between Rohit Relan & Associates, Maruti Udyog Limited and Suzuki Motor Corporation Japan to manufacture complete ‘Seating Systems’ for Maruti Suzuki.

Today Group has leading position in manufacturing & supplies of Sheet Metal Parts, Complete Seating Systems and Auto Components with four companies and eight manufacturing facilities under its umbrella:

  1. Bharat Seats Limited
  2. NDR Auto Components Limited
  3. Toyo Sharda India Pvt. Limited
  4. Toyota Boshoku Relan India Pvt. Limited

The group companies have state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities spread across India. These facilities are equipped with latest design & manufacturing technologies. Bharat Seats Limited has set-up in-house NABL accredited testing & validation laboratory.
